From deposit to final payment to plate, your pasture-to-processing journey takes 3-4 months.
While most share ship in 3-4 months, occasionally shares are available for immediate shipment.
We make payment easy and flexible. When reserving your bulk share, we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your beef. The remaining balance will be due once your beef is ready for delivery or pickup. We will send and invoice at that time. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other major secure forms of payment.
Shipping is FREE on all beef shares!
We ship via USPS overnight or 2-day services, ensuring your order arrives promptly and safely from our Southern California ranch.
Orders are shipped on Mondays to minimize transit time, with delivery typically within 1-3 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Your beef will be vacuum-sealed, and frozen for peak flavor and tenderness.Your beef will stay fresh for up to 12 months. For best taste and quality, we recommend consuming it within 6-9 month, but rest assured, it will remain safe to eat for a year or longer.
We take approximately two years to pasture raise grass fed and grain finished cattle, ensuring they are grown with the utmost care and attention to detail, meeting our extraordinarily high standards.
